The prices we charge for using our services/for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. *The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.
11. Return and refund policy
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 3 days of the date you receive the product. You can return your product for store credit or a different product. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products must be undamaged and have no visible signs of wear or use and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return or exchange: personalized and discounted items are FINAL.
12. Warranties & responsibility for services and products
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace it. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for the shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for returning the product (including paying for shipment) to us.

Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Chicago, Illinois. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Lioness Horizon Inc.'s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
