Contact the appropriate licensing or disciplinary authority (Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council https://bhec.texas.gov/) if they have concerns regarding the professional conduct of this practice or its providers.
File a consumer complaint regarding privacy practices or the handling of protected health information as permitted under Texas Health & Safety Code §181.103. Complaints may be submitted to the appropriate state regulatory agency.
